Today I bring you one of those recipes that anyone who loves fruit muffins falls in love with. These are banana's muffins where banana can replace or complement the rest of the ingredients.
In fact, thanks to the sweetness of bananas, the amount of sugar needed to prepare this recipe is much less than usual.

Melt the butter before using it. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until you get a puree. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Stir with a fork to combine and set aside.
Then, in a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and add the banana puree. Mix well. Add the butter and combine the mixture.
