How to make this recipe

For this type of preparation, you need a blender to do all the processes properly.

Start by peeling the cucumber, then cut it up and put it in the blender jug.

Wash the apple well to remove any traces of pesticides from the peel, because we're going to leave it. Only remove the seeds and stalk. Then cut it up and put it in the blender jug.

Wash the celery and remove the outer strands with a sharp knife. Chop and place in the blender jug. 

Next, introduce the spinach leaves, previously washed and drained. There's no need to remove the stems, we'll crush them too.

Also wash the fresh mint stalks and discard the stems. Add to the blender jug. Squeeze in half a lemon and add the juice.

Finally, pour in the water and blend at maximum power until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds (optional).

Serve and enjoy a good dose of vitamins!
