Syrup

• 1/2 cup (tea) of ready coffee, preferably at a warm temperature
• 2 tablespoons of refined sugar, which can be whatever you have in your pantry
• 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur, this ingredient is optional but can make a big difference

How to prepare the practical chocolate pavé recipe

First, mix all the mousse ingredients until they are well incorporated and homogeneous and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Then, mix all the syrup ingredients in a container of your choice and set aside for use.

Now, take the cookies and moisten them with the tail you just made, if possible in a medium-sized baking dish to make the process easier.

Then, take a pretty container of your choice and start making layers of moistened biscuit with mousse on top.

In this sense, keep repeating this process until all the ingredients are gone, so you will have a very full container.

Then, put it in the fridge for approximately one hour so that all the ingredients become firm and tasty.
